These guys were very professional. Omar was very quick to get back to us and he came out and gave a free estimate which was very important to us. He was able to schedule 8 trees and stump removal within 2 business days! They came and did a great job and we are very happy with our results! We will recommend Quality Tree Care to all of our friends!

Omar was quick to follow up and get the job done. His people were efficient, and did a good job cleaning up. I had some trees that were going to be in the way and they asked if they could trim them so that they weren't hurt when the cut down tree was removed, which impressed me. My one complaint was that for our meeting about what I wanted done, he was late and I had to leave before he got there. Because of this, all of our communication was by phone and seemed rushed. Something was miscommunicated, but that was likely as much my fault as his. The main issue (removal of the tree) was done perfectly, however, so overall, I'm happy and would have him again if I needed another tree removed.

Quality Tree Care did a great job with trimming my trees and removing a tree. They left my yard very clean. I highly recommend them.

Job/timeline: Dead Pine tree near power lines and fence removed without incident Aug. 13, 2018. All of the employees I talked to or interacted with were professional and polite. I work so alot of my communication was by text or phone call. When I would text their reply was within 5-30 minutes. They all did a wonderful job. There were 7 workers who showed up and each part of the crew had a specific role. They got the tree down, removed and cleaned up around the whole area like a well oiled machine. I was amazed at how fast they got the job done. Their price was very reasonable and I will definitely use them again in the near future.

He wanted to charge me $500.00 to trim one small tree and a seven bushes. I am a senior and can no longer do it myself. He settled for $300.00 in CASH. THE GUYS CAME TWO DAYS LATER THAN HE SAID AND NO CALL TO LET ME KNOW IF THEY WERE COMING OR NOT. Done in 1 hour and 15 minutes. Left more trimming in yard than should have My yard is small and only 3 bushes are large. Will never call them back,

Omar came out and gave me an estimate to remove and stump grind two trees. Price was extremely competitive and they could start within a few days after I received all other bids. There were some sticking points communicating with the crew exactly what the estimate was for and what was expected. Omar was very willing to make sure he kept his word on what was promised during the estimate, and he delivered. Thanks for the job well done and willingness to work with me through it all.

Very Professional--outstanding clean-up

Omar was my POC at Quality Tree Care. He was professional, fair and willing to work with us. I found it easy to schedule, the work was done fast and they cleaned up as if there was never even a palm tree there!

Everything I wanted done was completed, and I never even met anyone face to face! Life schedule did make it happen, but they worked around that with great reaults.
