I used this company to remove a very large limb from a digger pine tree. The company and all of their people were excellent throughout the entire process. They cleaned up after themselves and actually had more debris that they could take on the day of service. The company came back the very next morning and took the rest of the debris. Great service and professionalism.

They did a fantastic job. This was a very massive tree, located close to the house, hanging over power lines and over neighbor's properties. There was no damage, no issues neighbors and work was done in quick time. Property was left neat and clean, especially after all the work they did. Value for work was very good and I highly recommend.

I had taken a number of bids for tree removal prior to speaking with Omar at Quality Tree Care. He came out promptly, discussed my needs and expectations, and then worked up a bid for me. The bid was extremely competitive and he was able to fit me into their schedule quickly. His crew showed up on time as promised and quickly took down a large sycamore tree in my back yard and a pear tree in the front. I was impressed just how quickly they completed the work. When everything was done, the yard was cleaner than it was before they got there. Not a single twig or leaf was left. I would highly recommend them to anyone and will definitely use them in the future.

Great customer service. The only complaint that we have is they showed up very late, due to getting the service orders mixed up. They were supposed to come to our house first at 8am. They showed up at roughly 1pm. The quality of work was excellent!

Omar returned my call the same day and arrived promptly to provide an estimate for services. The team arrived later than expected, but they completed the job quickly after arrival. Their team "pineappled" our 30-ft date palm in under twenty minutes. It looks fantastic! If you need a service that knows how to trim palm trees efficiently and beautifully, call this company. Unlike other tree trimming services that have no experience with palms, this team knows what they are doing, and they are competitively priced for the Sacramento area. I will most certainly use them again.

Overall they did a good job. The crew went to the wrong assignment 1st but showed later and completed my trees

Needed trees/bushes/shrubs removed before fence could be replaced. Also asked what it would cost to do the entire backyard. Came in at one of the higher bids but said they would try to match any other bid. Actually lowered bid twice to get to the lowest bid (once to get to lowest bid and dropped it again when informed of my mistake in reading the bid). Not only removed trees/bushes/shrubs but also raked out the tall yellow grass and ground all visible roots. Even came back to remove one little root that was missed just so that I would be completely satisfied. Would definitely use them again.

The best

We had a huge limb fall on our house. We needed the limb and what was left of the tree removed right away. Quality Tree Care was on it. They gave us an estimate right away and had their crew there the next business day and the crew did a great job and left our yard in great shape. I can’t say enough good things about Quality Tree Care.

This company promised us that they would show up at a specific time on the day of the scheduled tree removal. They did NOT show when promised and caused us to wait hours before finally showing up. They also did not clean up after themselves very well
