Very professional.

Overall great work. But the team arrived late for the agreed upon appointment. Then after the tree was cut down the team just left. I called to ask about the stump grinding and the contact told me oh the machine broke we will be back out in a few days. After a week passes I called them to see what happen the he states they will be back on the following Friday.

My contact (Omar) was accommodating, professional and knowledgeable. The work was done when I was at work, so I didn't supervise but they did everything they said they would do. Good stump grind and clean up.

THEY CAME IN AND TOOK OUT A DEAD, 25 TO 30 FT TREE IN MY BACK YARD AND CLEANED UP IN ABOUT 1 HOUR . THANK YOU GOOD WORK

Good Golly Miss Molly! HUGE Camphor tree, in a tight space, between 2 houses; cut down, stump ground, total clean up (including my roof) done in less than 2 hours. A crew of 6 showed up with the proper equipment, safety helmets, glasses & were so careful in cutting the tree down. Doing business, initially with Omar Ramero, to the crew that completed the job, was so pleasant. Thanks, guys, for a job well done and for being reasonable with me!

Very professional they exceed my expectations

We are very happy with the job they did as well as the price. We will call them again and also be happy to refer them to others.

I had a difficult time getting them over to do the work. There were unreturned calls and failure to get back to me as planned. Once they were here, the work was just fine.

These are the most wonderful guys out there for tree issues, they removed a tree and they are incredible from the first meeting to the tree removal and the clean up! I'd give them 10 stars if I could I highly recommend!

Fast efficient and clean work.

Great job at a great price!

Did not show up at the scheduled time but once they got here it was a large crew that was fast, efficient and extremely thorough and neat in their cleanup. Got a lot of work done for the money! Would have helped to have someone on the crew that spoke English but we managed. I can’t imagine any job too big for these guys to handle but if you need to have specific instructions given to the crew, then arrange to have Omar arrive with them!

Omar’s crew was awesome when it came to speed and clean up. We thought they did a fantastic job. However, the bid he gave was to trim all trees and cut down a big tree AND remove the stump. This is why we chose them but when the guys stopped and left, the stump was still there. My husband tried to call Omar and he said he would come out to see and then never showed. Now we have a big stump that we need to figure out how to get rid of, that tree removal was the whole point of calling out a tree service. So $2700 later and stump still there is really frustrating.
