They showed up to quote it on Saturday, did the job on Monday, cleaned up after themselves really well, and I was extremely pleased. They went above and beyond!

rep showed up early for appt gave us an excellent qoute and preformed the tree removal the same day.... crew removed a 50+ tree in less than 2 hrs and cleaned everthing up spotless... it was very professonal... will recommend them to all our friends and neighbors

R&B Quality Tree Care has been very easy to work with. They came to discuss the job needed, which was to trim back to larger trees in my back yard. We agreed on a price and they came out a few days later and did a great job. The trees were trimmed back exactly how I wanted it to be and they cleaned it up everything. I will absolutely use them again.

Quick and easy to work with.

The crew did everything I expected and tried to clean up some minor brush that I can easily get with my riding mower. I told them leave it; not to bother. Very good service.

The contractor I spoke with was not onsite for the project. His crew could barely understand English. A woman called the night before saying 8am tomorrow morning. By 10 no one was there. I called. Sorry crew is finishing up a job. See you between 11-12. By 2 still no crew. The trees they cut down. They forgot to stump grind. The two they trimmed was a good job. Clean up was good. Communication BAD

Great company. Work done completely as requested. Quick, proficient, and caring. They took every effort not to harm anything. The tree was removed. The stump was ground, cleanup was done. Except for the desired result of the tree being gone you can't even tell they were here. Extremely satisfied. We had another company remove a tree falling from the wind last winter. The job was the same size but the other company charged me over 3 times as much and did not do as good a job. We highly recommend R&B. Great job guys.

They called me and scheduled a consult appt. showed up on time and quotes the price. During the job, the trimming took several days and they were courteous, professional, and fast! Afterwards, everything was cleaned up like they were never there. Very satisfied!! Would recommend to friends and family eagerly!

The people were pleasant and the work was done to the specifications I made. It took a couple of conversations to make sure they understood those specifications, but it all came out as requested in the end. Yes, I recommend them for tree care and removal.

The office sales person and the Omar(the person who is the supervisor) were courteous and provided prompt phone service to my questions. They could improve a bit on their appointment time keeping.

This company is not prompt. Can't keep their appointments extremely lack professionalism. Communication is piss poor and don't know who was in charge

R & B was timely, thorough, and reliable. My trees were trimmed and cut exactly to my wishes and all stumps ground and debris hauled away. All at a very fair price.
