Dennis was very courtious and professional. He came out the same day to see our project and discussed the details and gave us the estimate. We had him out the next day to complete the work. He arrived on time and with the right tools to complete the work. After completing the work he cleaned up and made sure we were satisfied with what he had done.

Dennis did a great job for us on the removal and replacement of some grout in our shower. I am very confident in recommending him for any tile work.

I have selected Dennis Daum and his plumber Gabe of B.J. Plumbing. They did two bathroom remodels, including new tile on the walls and floor, installation of a new hot-mopped shower where a bathtub was removed, and a new whirlpool tub in the master bath, and a new toilet. There was a one-week delay at the beginning when Dennis became ill, however once the project started, all appointments were kept. They workers placed runners across the work areas so the area stayed relatively clean. They picked up after themselves and were courteous at all times. There was one tile I didn't like and when I told Dennis this, he said he would be happy to change it.

I have had a lot of work done on various homes in the past, but I have never met a more professional, meticulous, honest man than Dennis Dawm. His rates are extremely reasonable, he is there when he says he will be, and just is one of the nicest people I have ever met. My tile job came out BEAUTIFUL! I cannot say enough of nice things about Mr. Daum. Don't even bother to get other estimates. You will not go wrong with Dennis Daum.
