Contractor communicated well with us and the material provider. He did the work when promised and the finished job looked great. The whole process was handled with professionalism.

Dennis was conscientious and professional. He installed a new floor in the entryway, living room and kitchen. The job potentially locked off the bedrooms & bathrooms, and he took strides to be sure that we could get to them as needed. He communicated well with us during all phases of the job, and left the garage and cutting areas spotless when he was finished. He was patient and considerate with our questions and concerns. His prices are fair and were in line with the other quotes we had for this job. I will not hesitate to bring Dennis back for my next tile project!

DON'T BELIEVE THE RATING. He is average with little to no customer services. Let me bullet list below my issues then you decide if you want to hire him. He was hired to install ledger stone over existing fireplace. All materials were purchased ahead of time. It was a 2 day job. I specifically called and told him what i wanted on the second day. He did NONE of it. 1. I asked him to be sure and grout the button where the fireplace stone meets the tile floor. NEVER DID IT. 2. I asked him to fill in the blank spaces in the Ledger stone my Pregnant wife pointed out, he told her "I WILL BE HERE ALL DAY IF I DO THAT". A real pro could have knocked this out in less than 20 minutes. It took me, a novice, 20 minutes to do the work. 3. He left the unused material tile in the home instead of putting it back in the garage where they go them. 4. the real kicker is, after he talked himself out of doing the work his customer asked him to do, he felt he did a great job. Not only that, he then asked my Pregnant wife while not even completing our job to satisfaction, to look up and print our the address of his next customer. Are you fricking kidding me! 5. finally there was thinset / mortar all over the tiles, ledger stones and wood framing my wife and i had to clean up after. Despite me specifically calling this out on the first day. Dennis, in case you read this, take this as a learning experience to become a truly 5 star contractor. When a customer asks you to do something for the job in which they hired you that is NOT out of scope. Just do it. Don't sit there and try and explain away or hurry up so you can get to your next over booked job. Don't ask your customers to do admin work for your next job. Don't make your customers feel like your always rushed to get to your next job. If you don't have time to do it right then don't do it at all. Finally, take pride in your work and treat your customer's homes as if they were your own. I can say with confidence you never would have left your own home in the state in which you left ours. If you would have then i take that to mean you do average tier work at top tier pricing. Overall, i felt is quality was average, customer service was a joke in that he did not do anything i specifically asked him to do the second day. Oh and by the way he was the most expensive of the 3 contractors i interviewed. In this case, YOU DO NOT GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR.

Excellent customer service and communication skills. Was very prompt and responsive. Very careful to protect my home while installing tile in 2 bathrooms. Job completed in the time promised. He came prepared to do the work and there were no delays. I will recommend him to others needing tile work done.

We needed to have a soapdish replaced in a wall of tile. Dennis came to the house, speedily made the repair and it looks great. We have received another estimate from Dennis for additional tile work in a different room. Straightforward, knowledgeable, and honest.

Dennis is courteous, helpful and honest when he tells you how long it will take and when different tasks will be done. The work is very good and have hired him to do another small job. I will refer him to my clients as I am a realtor@.

Dennis is very friendly and straighforward. I felt he is really honest and cares about the quality of his work. He is easy to work with as any problems arise they are solved quickly and efficiently. I would hire him again for future home improvement projects.

Dennis and his crew were always on time, on schedule or ahead of schedule, kept us posted, were very careful in our house, and did a fabulous job. Highly recommended.

Dennis did a very good job. Just need to make sure all base board is removed and the edges are flat for re-installing baseboard.

Dennis helped us finally get our fireplace tiled. The results are fabulous. He was flexible for timing of install, helpful in providing advise, always on time, minimal disruption in our house, conscious of the mess tiling can make and kept the work area/house clean. He clearly loves to tile and will work with you to get what you want done. We love the results!

Dennis is very professional and really knows his stuff. He's also very trustworthy and friendly. He installed my tile in 3 days and tore out my rugs in the living room, dining room and kitchen. The tile job in my bathroom was uneven and sticking up so my children stub their toes on the tile. The grout was supposed to be black but is white. They never cleaned up after themselves. My walls are dirty from their hand prints. I had to repaint the part the touched. My husband hates the tile work so much I have to put throw rugs on top on it.

Dennis contacted me immediately and presented a bid the same day. Not only did Dennis complete the repair he also reattached a fallen tile and supplied the grout for the job at no extra charge.

Dennis is very friendly and knowledgable when it comes to tile. He tiled my kitchen and two bathrooms in three days and I have no complaints. My neighbors have seen his work and are also requesting quotes from Dennis.
