Description of Work: While the two painters arrived on time and were courteous, I discovered after they left that one of the painters carved his initials in a door frame in the room they were painting. The initials were deep enough they went through the paint and into the wood, requiring me to sand down the doorframe, buy new paint, and repaint the doorframe. I am furious and cannot say enough negative things about my experience with Sundance Painting.

Description of Work: They offer was to have 2 painters for a day. They took a long time to respond to booking and when they called they advised that I was not in their are of service. Order was cancelled. Why is an offer made if they do not service the area?

Description of Work: Had my condo painted by this company. A had a lot of new trim that needed to be caulked, sanded then painted. Very good value. The workers listened to what I wanted, and were very polite. Overall very satisfied with their work.

Description of Work: Provider painted interior of 2 story home. Best team of painters, Mario and Jason, ever dealt with. Not on time every day, early every day. Not polite, extremely polite. Not responsive, exceptionally responsive. Honestly, I would recommend Sundance to anyone - they were quick, true to price, true to quote and scope. Best Angie's List deal I've purchased to date. Will take some doing to beat. I added 1/2 day additional for $250.

Description of Work: Ted the owner set up and came out for the estimate and was responsive to any follow-up emails. The crew were very friendly, polite and extremely punctual(7am sharp)every morning. The job was completed in 3 full days. The price was very good as was the quality of the paint job. My only complaint was the clean-up could have been a little more thorough. When you pressure wash a dirty home there can be a lot of residual debris that ends up in and around the yard. Otherwise the quality of the work and the price were first rate.

Description of Work: Ted from Sundance, indicated initially that my area was out side of his normal service area. But because I ahd already paid here, he agreed to come out. he was very professional in his assesment, but i felt that his quote was excessive for the type of work and he had indicated that he would incurre additional expenses due to the distance. If I lived in his normal service area, i would use him, but not at this time due the reason stated above. he was very professioanl and gave a good cost break down.

Description of Work: Reached out to service provider by email, then called after no response. Ted asked me to send a photo of the area to be painted. Didn't hear back from him, emailed again, didn't hear back. Asked Angie's List for a refund request and heard back promptly from you.

Description of Work: Had a bedroom and 2 bathrooms painted. They did a great job. Owner came to estimate the amount of paint and overestimated that by 2 gallons which was strange since he knew more than I did about how much paint to get. But he worked hard to get his guys here before Christmas and I appreciated that. There was a delay in the job before mine so his guys did not make it in the 2 hour window I was given, but they very nice and did a great job. They even put things back nicely and cleaned up wonderfully. I would use them again.
