I'm very happy I took my vacuum there. The people there are very honest, kind, ethical and professional.

I took my vacuum into the shop without an appointment. Explained the problem. The repair was made on the spot, took about 15 minutes, and there was no charge. Astonishiong in this day and age. The shop is a family business, and has been in business for 30 years in the same location. I can see why. I would go back for sure. Highly recommended - A++.

I brought in my Hoover upright vacuum that had been sitting in a closet for about 6 months or more not working.  It cost over $300 and it was a great vacuum when it did work.  I decided to get it repaired.  If the repair cost to much it would be thrown away.  I called and spoke to John at Riverside Vacuum and he was very informative over the phone.  He advised that he still need to see it to know whats wrong.  I traveled about 25 miles to his store.  Within 20 minutes he was able to let me know what the problem was, let me know the part was still under warranty, and order the replacement part.  Within a week I recieved a call saying that my vacuum was repaired at no charge because it was still under warranty.  He also gave me some basic knowledge on shopping for vacuums that I will use in the future.  When this vacuum dies I will definetly drive the distance to do business with him.
