Misleading and dishonest. Hired them to treat for termites and they did 4 treatments 30 days apart. After the contract was finished they called me every month to ask if I needed and service. I always declined. Then 9 months later they called, I didn't pick up and they initiated a treatment on their own, and charged me without authorization. I called and they were very rude, unprofessional, and did not refund my $99.00. Their contract is very misleading and do not sign or use their service. You will regret it just like I do.

Terrible service and company over all horrible. They Claim they come to your house to provide service you will get a text message but nobody shows up at your Home and they just charge your credit card when you sign up for service the representatives claim that it's months 2 months and you can cancel it anytime anytime free and yet if you call and try to cancel your account because they are switch bating you they ask you to pay $250. Representatives are not helpful are not hopeful they will make you you run around to cancel their services better never even start with this company so far experience been horrific

They work good pre-covid.... However NOW the Scheduleing is dificult, they call at last minute and dont give you enough time for moving the pets, there is little communication. I did not give them Payment recurring authorization o--Only 1 time and they took my payment each service with out my approval. I still have ants

Very pushy door-to-door salesmen always lie telling us they're working on a neighbor's house. The only problem is I know my neighbors they pointed at and they said they told them no as well. These same salesmen come by every so often, If you insist on going to do door to door please have some kind of database of houses that already said no. Otherwise, you will have these super negative reviews all over the internet. This is the 4th time I've said not interested and now I will post on every single internet review board until you get the point.
