Description of Work: We paid a monthly fee of $50 - maybe an initial startup fee as well. The technician was nice and seemed knowledgeable. He set a few traps and sometimes fogged the area where the gophers were digging on our hillside, far away from our house. He returned about every 10 days to check his traps. He would usually set 2. Sometimes he'd catch one, but most often, nothing. We discontinued service last fall and this spring the gophers got out of hand again. I decided to try a different company. We did not use this company for other rodents so I don't know about that kind of service

Description of Work: They treated around the gopher holes with poison. It looks like they will have to do a follow-up treatment as new holes have appeared. They come back in 2 weeks to check the yard.

Description of Work: I have had Gopher Patrol for many, many years. However, last year a large cactus died in my cactus garden. The problem was gophers. Gopher Patrol had no inkling that there were gophers in that garden, despite the large mound of dirt we found when the cactus died. They wouldn't even accept that they might be partially at fault. What is the point of having a gopher service that is unable to detect gophers? More gopher activity surfaced in that garden a few weeks ago. I had them out & inject poison in many places in that garden. They agreed to carefully monitor that particular area every time they come. We'll see how it goes.

Description of Work: My Backyard was full of gopher holes. I found this company on Angie's list and decided to try it. The person who answered the phone was very polite and answered all my questions. The service was scheduled and the service provider came the next day. He was very friendly and explained how it worked. I was worried about my dog getting poisoned, but they place the poison about two feet underground in the gophers tunnels. The initial service is for two visits. The second visit was today and I have not seen any new activity since the first visit. It worked great! They also give you a 30 day guarantee. They do have a monthly service if you have a big problem, but the service man did not try to sell me on it, just told me it was available. I highly recommend this company!

If we observe fresh gopher activity we call Gopher Patrol and they willing make a return visit within a few days. We have found that their response has always been fast and cordial. Description of Work: We have used Gopher Patrol's monthly service (gophers + snails) for 2 years or more. They are great--we have no more gophers and only an occasional snail. Our property backs up to wilderness and, for years, we were plagued with gophers. No more--they are stopped dead in their tracks. Our only concern is they misdiagnosed a mole problem that caused considerable damage to our backyard. But, Gopher Patrol, at no additional cost, came out weekly for about 6-8 weeks until all the moles were sent to mole heaven and there have been no gophers or moles since.
