Description of Work: A professional trained exterminator goes around the whole property and looks for active gopher hills. He then puts poison in the hole and guarantees the work. If the gophers come back, the professionals will come back also, if needed. I am very satisfied at the success. I have a half acre that they service.

Description of Work: I signed up for monthly service for $49/mo. Kind of expensive, but they continue to trake care of gophers, saving my lawns. Nice guys, respectful, professional.

Description of Work: I have an ongoing contract with them. Each month Mike checks for gopher activity and sprays for bugs. When he find gopher activity he exterminated them. If we notice activity between visits I call the main office and Mike comes out within a couple days, no extra charge. If we get an ant infestation in the home (once or twice a year) they spray indoors and out without charge. You need to negotiate your package up front.

Description of Work: The young man uses a probe to find gophers holes and with the probe distributes poison. Within 48 hours I had no gopher activity. That was in February but in April I noticed mounds and called GP. There man came out the same day and distributed more poison. The price above is the discount through angies list. Description of Work: Had a rats nest in the attic that two other pest companies were not able to find. In addition to finding the nest they were able to identify where the rats were coming in and to close the openings. They then came back to sanitize the area.

Description of Work: We have used their service for years. They do gopher control for us. They come out on an ongoing basis to monitor everything. We love their service. We have other animals, so they are very considerate of that. They are great people to work with.

Description of Work: Seemingly nice guy came out day after I called as promised. He came out with a contract for $500 (paid him $100, agreement was to pay each week) to provide series of visits 4-5 to rid yard of gophers and place some rodent traps for mouse/rat droppings (we live near a golf course). He did 1st gopher treatment, was suppose to come each week, different guy came 2nd week, we had no problem with that. However no one has shown up since. Never brought rodent traps. No call or followed up. So happy I did NOT pay him full amount. Our gardener has since placed treatment, problem seems to be resolved.

Description of Work: Their service was not effective. There were moles undermining the yard. They are difficult to deal with so I am not sure how successful any other providers have been.

Description of Work: I am disappointed in the lack of response and poor service I have received from this company. It makes me curious about all of the other "A" reviews. The guy who came out to remove the gophers was friendly and that counts for something. I was promised two gopher treatments which I did not receive although they have been paid for. Every time I call the company to find out what's going on they say "Dispatch will be calling you." They don't call. I sent a formal complaint letter, so far no response to that either.
