Shellene was fun to work with. She listened to my concerns, answered my questions, went plant shopping with me, and implemented changes to the plan based on my wishes even if they weren't in keeping with the 'theme' of the plan. If I was really headed in the 'wrong' direction she would patiently explain why my idea was not the best. I appreciated her honesty when committing to timelines and change orders. What she says is what she means. Shellene was flexible and accomodating to my schedule; emails and phone calls were effective, as was her dropping off materials to my home to review before we discussed them later. She was professional throughout the project, and she continues to answer my questions and comes periodically to check on the plantings to make sure they are thriving. I typically get three bids on all projects, but did not do so for this one. My choice was based on the quality of her work at the Del Mar Fair compared to the other landscaping exhibits.
