Description of Work: Had Craig change some of our locks to ready our home for construction. Was prompt, efficent and friendly. Didn't charge for going to Home Depot to get locks and was a delight. I will use his expertise again and again. He's the best!!

Description of Work: I have about four minor items that needed taking care of. I am out of town and my property is a rental. He contacted the tenant and made arrangements to take care of the repairs and the tenant was pleased with his work and professionalism.

Description of Work: I had two out of six lights that had burned out in a 20' kitchen ceiling. Craig had to come two different days to replace them. The first one was to remove one of the lights to find out what to buy to replace it, the second time was to replace all six lights at my request. Craig came for this small job when no one else would. He was efficient, neat, very careful, cheerful, and very reasonable. He is now my handyman of choice.

 + -1 moreWe moved to Texas, but we learned that our house in Rancho Mirage was broken into.. We discussed flying back, but instead we called Craig, whom we had worked with a little over a month ago. He immediately dropped what he was doing and went to the house. He called us with a full inspection and then returned to replace all of the locks and fix the other damage caused by the thief. What stood out was his incredible level of responsiveness and concern. He treated it as though it was his own house that had been broken into. We are very pleased with his quality, integrity and speediness.
Description of Work: Locks on the house were changed. Broken pipe was fixed. Property was inspected.

Description of Work: Craig Davis is a punctual, clean and neat while working, and very helpful with suggestions, based on his experience. In this particular project, he cleaned up under a leaking sink/faucet that had accumulated mold. He was fastidious in keeping his work area clean and did an excellent job.
