Maid in Heaven's professionalism is off the chart. There is constant communication and follow up to make certain we are satisfied with the work. Every unit can have a different set of circumstances and list of items to be done. The Maid in Heaven team are problem solvers and will help find solutions for our needs and I do not have to micromanage them. This frees my time to take care of other business. I am very happy with this service and the results.

We were disappointed with the 'deep cleaning' we paid a lot for. Some of the cupboards didn't even look wiped. Cobwebs and light fixtures were not all dusted. We intentionally had them clean before we moved in and we had to clean ourselves and had them come back out to fix a few things they missed. as stated above. Very nice and friendly, but they did not do a deep cleaning on the bathrooms and kitchen. I would like to recommend but I can't as we had to clean after they left.

Daniel took his time and was very proficient. The home was cleaned better than how I received it moving in. Definitely would recommend and use him in the future.

This service did come back and recleaned the areas I was unhappy with at no charge and did a better job.

customer service was great. Rec'd reminder call a week prior to confirm. The housekerper, Sue was outstanding! She worked very hard and did an outstanding job. The estimated 4-4.5 hour was overestimated. I think they are a bit high but they do a good job.
