They showed up on time, when they finished I was very happy. There was a small issue but they took the time to correct the issue. They reached out to me and I was very impressed with that. I am hiring them again.

I had two separate women come to my house to clean. Both were very professional and polite and both were excellent workers.

This company is quite accommodating and dependable. My "maid", Jessenia, is exceptionally good at everything that she does. She follows direction, in self motivating, and very thorough. I would recommend Maid in Heaven to anyone who wants a thorough job done in a timely manner with no worries about efficiency or competence.

Very hardworking young lady

Work was good. Housekeeper was a little argumentative with me about where she had to take the trash at the end of the clean. I feel for the work the price was just a little to high for our budget. Not a perfect experience but, it was good. 😃

I was quoted a range from $149 to $179 to do general cleaning by the owner. However, when the cleaning person came she has already in her notes on cell phone to do a $179 job without even assessing what stuff need to be cleaned. She just got there. I almost had another stroke. I had my first stroke a week before. The owner explained that what they do is start from the maximum charge and reduce it depending on what needs to be cleaned. I thought it was the other way around. Because I complained I was advised to just pay the minimum and offered a 2 hr cleaning job free to make me happy according to the owner. I haven't picked up on the offer.

I would just like to express the comfortable feeling I have with this service! It s very invasive to have someone come in your home and I feel very at ease when they come in to do the work! The cleaning job has been awesome! I am very happy with the finished product! I can t say enough about Daniel! He has been great! Thank-you so much!

Easy to work with and follow the instructions well.

Price too high for the quality of the service. Service adequate but not superior. Missed vac. sofas and chairs. Window blinds poorly cleaned. Very pleasant lady cleaner. Did a very good job in the bath and kitchen. Had a chat with the manager. Apparently a one-time failure. Partly my fault for not checking closely to correct missed areas or quality of cleaning. Will try again with more specific instructions. Manager eager to please so she gets my vote.
