They listened to what I wanted done and ensured that everything was done to my satisfaction.

My home is 1800 sq. ft. and my first visit took 2 days because i have hardwood floors and we get a lot of dust. Even though it cist be double the first time, i am happy with my clean home.

What was to be a deep cleaning ended up being a regular cleaning. This was lack of communication with the office and the cleaners. Also, I was told 3 PM and they arrived 3:45 and were not informed that it was to be a deep cleaning. Sue was outstanding and overcompensated for Veronica's poor attitude. Veronica stood on the counters and my stove to clean rather than a ladder and broke the burner which when I turned it on could have caused a serious burn. They did not come equipped to clean (step stools - I provided a ladder) and cleaning a house with just a broom (Veronica's method) is not going to do the job. The only reason I did not give .5 all the way is that Sue's performance was great. The owner, Christina, called and said additional training for staff will be implemented so that customer will receive better service and attitude and compensated against the fee.

Veronica was the Maid that serviced our home. She took her time and did a thorough job with both bathrooms, bedrooms, and kitchen which needed the most work.

I hired this company to clean my dads house. They did such a great job, my dad didn’t want to go back inside and mess anything up.

There was a tiny bit of confusion as to what was included with the service I ordered, but Maid in Heaven went the extra mile to square everything. Definitely going to use them again.

This was a move out cleaning. So the place was a little trashed. Veronica worked her tail off and the house looks great! So happy and thankful to Maid in Heaven.

The service was fine but the price was high. We thought we came to an agreement, but the company set a time limit that did not allow the maid to finish the work.

I was really impressed on how the management team wanted to make sure I was 100% satisfied. The job was done very well and because of the extra effort the staff gave me, I tipped the workers. They worked extremely hard and did not leave the property until I was completely happy. I will be using this company for future business.

From the previous way the house looked from when she left it looked like a brand new house.

Maid In Heaven came in and took over when our last housekeeper was unable to perform her duties. Rosli and Jennifer performed very professional service when we were in a pinch. Thanks for a great job.
