Service Provider ResponseUnfortunately this was a client who used us for approximately 10 jobs over the years. They asked if we could do some touch up work for them because they were on a budget. I agreed to help them out- but when I wondered why a 2 hour job was taking all day it was because they told the crew to paint all of their doors and trim! I told them that this was not touch up work -as they agreed too and that they would need to pay for the work that they wanted done. They refused to pay and threatened me with bad reviews. So this is what happens when you try to do something nice. They thought we would do a $3000 job for $500! We did above and beyond the scope of the work and they used us 10 times before - but wrote a review like this. Shame on you.

Service Provider ResponseI must say that this is about as far from the TRUTH as anything I have ever read! This is one of those clients that can never be satisfied. Not only do we have documented proof of ALL of the prep work that was done (detailed pictures of caulking, pressure washing, priming, etc.) but we have a personally signed release that states that the client completely inspected the job and was 100% satisfied. She paid NOTHING until the job was completed and she inspected it. She also would call the supervisor at all hours of the night - saying she "had anxiety about the job". She had dozens of "special mix" colors painted all over her house trying to find the right color - which took month's! Then she was still worried about the color! She would watch them work because she is always home and she watched them use hundreds of tubes of caulking! So she definitely is either not being honest or she has memory issues? And yes 2 sprinkler heads were broken by accident but immediately replaced prior to finishing the job! AND no one would "steal" a $3 spray nozzle! I am sorry but this is upsetting because we went above and beyond to satisfy this client who was probably an 11 on a scale of 1 to 10 in terms of difficult to work with. She would call hundreds of times to our office and to our men directly about the same things over an over - prior to even starting the job! We took lots of pictures; before, during and after on this job. We would be more than happy to share these with anyone interested - as well as her signed completion form. We also have an inspection sheet that listed SEVERAL places on her concrete that had paint on the areas PRIOR to starting the job -and she SIGNED it and acknowledged this. We can also provide anyone proof of this upon request. The job was done and it was done very, very well. It is unfortunate to have someone like this "blindside" you and write a nasty review for NO REASON! We worked very hard and did a great job. Sometimes you need to see the whole story and job before you take the word of 1 person that probably can never be satisfied. Please disregard her ridiculous review and read the other 98% of our clients that have had great experiences and jobs done. Why would one person be so far from the large majority? We can also provide you with hundreds of excellent reviews upon request.

Our usual supervisor was sick that day and we had to replace him in a pinch. As fast as the paint goes, we take great pride in our work, and the 10 year warranty still applies, so please call us so we can make your house the way it was intended the first time.
