Best move I have ever had!! The 2 Gentleman were very professional, very prepared and had a great system between the 2 of them. They were very efficient and moved us out and into the new place in 3 hours! They were great about asking where things should be placed and they were extremely careful with everything, not a thing was broken or damaged. I will be using them again on my next move!!

There were some issues at the storage facility but they were patient and worked around them. Very dependable pleasant and responsive to requests. Highly recommend them. Dan who owns the company was one of the movers. Used a Big Deal for part of the cost.

They showed up on time,were personable and professional. Everything was handled efficiently and timely. Everything made it one piece and they re-assembled the beds and left everything very tidy. We still have a lot storage unit to empty and will definitely use RELIABLE again!!!

Daniel and crew were communicative and professional during the packing/loading process. We expected the job to take two days; it only took one due their efficiency and experience. Price was reasonable and fair. Would recommend them to others for either a local or long-distance move.

The crew... Seth and Gil were just GREAT!! They were very professional but very personable too. They were efficient, worked quickly and neatly. I am planning to move some of my mother's things to this house and I have already told them I would LOVE to have them again but I believe another person will e needed as there are stairs at Mom's house and an antique upright piano that will need to be moved. My mother has not yet been able to decide when she wants to move her things... my dear Father's death after a three-year canver battle (they were married 55yrs), then Mom's recent stroke... now moving.from her house where she has lived for almost 40yrs, it's tough.

Seth called 30 minutes before their scheduled arrival and they were right on time. The three workers carefully wrapped our furniture including fragile antiques and moved all of our belongings to our new address. They were courteous, professional and went above and beyond to satisfy our requests. I would recommend Reliable without hesitation!!

Reliable Delivery sent 2 men (oneof them being Daniel) to move my 2 bedroom and 2 bath condo. They called about 45 mins- 1 hour out to let me know they were on the way, they arrive 15 minutes before scheduled time to start. Their packing procedure was very efficient and fast. They wrapped and protected all furniture, including dissemble any other furniture that I was unable to. Daniel and Gill were very friendly and easy to work with. The packing, delivery and assembling furniture took less than 4 hours! I would definitely use Reliable Delivery again and recommend the company to friends and family. Great job!

The process began with a painless estimate process, all done on-line based on answers to relevant questions. All communication with the company was efficient and timely. The movers were on time the day of the move, they were very professional as well as friendly and helpful. They were the first movers we've ever used that protect the doorways with large moving blankets put up with easy to use clips. How smart is that? They worked very quickly and actually beat their projected time for the move by an hour or so, which of course, lowered the total cost of the move. They treated every item they moved like it was valuable and important and everything got to the new location in perfect condition. It was a great experience and I will use this company for every move in the future.

In speaking with them on the phone you get a positive reception and were courteous in answering all my questions. Their website is helpful and completing the questionnaire for an estimate on line was simple. Moving day arrived on time. The team was organized, jobs assigned and worked meticulously all day. We did our own packing and were given explicit instructions on how and what their expectations were on boxes to be loaded. The contents of the house were inventoried and boxes counted prior to loading the truck. Daniel walked through the house with home owner to get a clear picture of all the furniture. All belonging were well cared for an wrapped. Nothing was broken or scratched. Our glass coffee table and curio cabinet made it to new home in excellent condition. The team did an excellent job establishing us in the new home. Everyone on the team was very respectful and considerate. My husband and I were impressed with the job and the organization of the team. We were in the new home by 430PM. They were knowledgeable, informative, and provided us with a positive experience.

It went great. They were prompt, professional and kind. EAch of the guys seemed like a stand up guy and worked very hard. I was very glad we hired them to help us move.

Had to schedule a quick move for my mother. I contacted Daniel on the Saturday of Thanksgiving weekend and he was able to schedule for the following Tuesday. The three young men assigned to the move were the best. They arrived on time and quickly went to work, carefully wrapping each furniture item before taking it out of the apartment. I especially appreciated that they worked quietly and were respectful of the other residents In the retirement facility. All items were put into a storage locker for the next move, eliminating an extra step for me. The move took the amount of time quoted and the final price was also as quoted (note it included one month of storage). Would highly recommend this company for your move!

Movers were timely, fast and successfully moved all of our furniture to our new house. The movers finished an hour faster than their original estimate. I was surprised at how efficient the entire operation was, and couldn't have asked for a better experience. In a sea of stressful things that go into buying a house, it was nice that Reliable Delivery was able to keep our moving experience as stress free and easy as possible. Great pricing, and would recommend highly to anyone moving around the San Diego area.

The team arrived on time and ready to work. They were quick, efficient, and careful with my furniture and boxes. They even wrapped a glass entertainment center that I had, one which I thought I was going to have to move on my own. I'm so glad they were able to do that. The apartment I was moving into was upstairs with interior hallways, and the crew was careful to avoid knocking into any of the walls. They are fast! Make sure you have everything packed up because they'll have it out the door quickly. Excellent team. Would use them again and would highly recommend them to anyone I know that's moving. Another great thing is they take credit cards. I wasn't sure if I'd have enough cash so I wanted to make sure that I had a credit card option.

It went ok overall. I made the appointment late in the game, and so I was lucky to find an opening. However, I was only able to get an afternoon opening. The estimate according to the furniture I had was that it would take 3 men 3 hours to move. They charge overtime(time and a half) if your move goes after 4:00. Then on top of that, they claim that there is a +/- 2 hour window if you don't have a move scheduled before 10:00 am. So if you have a later move, even if your estimated move time would end before for, it is possible that you could stuck with paying 2 hours of overtime due to their disclaimers. This is what happened to me. The movers got there later than my scheduled start time so I ended up having to pay overtime for 3 movers, where this wouldn't have been the case if we had started on time. WITH THAT SAID, I was given 4 movers for the price of three (excluding tip) for whatever reason. This was a nice surprise. I am not sure if this was the case because I had voiced my overtime concerns or if it was because of the morning move they had, and didn't want to take the time to drop someone off. So because of this, I was able to rationalize the overtime amount as still getting a good deal. Their prices were slightly above with what I had seen at other locations in San Diego, but with the Angie's list discount it came out to be about the same. The company itself was very stringent about what things they would take and how it needed to be prepared. They wouldn't take plants and all dressers had to be emptied, etc. This was ok for a local move, since we could get certain things in our cars and make multiple trips, but before this we moved basically the same things from LA down to San Diego. We hired what was known then as In n' out movers. We got a flat rate of around $600 or $700 dollars to move down. It was two guys and a trailer and it took around 13 hours. They were much more laid back and were fine with leaving a dresser filled to save space and time. If we had all the technicalities of what could have been moved that we did this time, we would have had to throw away a lot of plants. The movers themselves worked extremely hard. They were careful and helpful in putting felt pads on our furniture that went on our hardwood floors. They did scrape a lot of our walls and doors. This probably could have been avoided with a little more care, but with that said our home is fairly old and so the doors and hallways are probably a littler smaller than current housing. In summary, I am quite happy with the movers themselves. With the exception of some scrapes and scratches on our walls, doors and railings, they worked extremely hard and did a fine job. I wasn't too happy with all of the legalize involved in starting times over time and packing preparation. I would greatly prefer a much more laid back move, but I think I was spoiled by in and out moving. I looked around for flat rate movers and was unable to find any. But it would be nice if they weren't so stringent about what things can and can't be packed. Is it really a big deal to throw another thing on the truck? I also didn't think it was fair that a person would have to pay overtime if they stay within their estimated move time but get a later start due to the moves scheduled before them.

I would recommend this company for a move without hesitation. We moved a 2-story townhouse to a single story home. I contacted the company by phone, and spoke with Daniel, the owner. He was on a job, but gave me some info over the phone and followed up with a detailed email with pricing and estimated time for the move. I signed the contract and booked my desired time slot, which was a weekday. Then I received an email with all the CA booklets and move info they are legally required to provide, plus tips for packing different types of items. Their pricing was competitive with other companies I researched, and they do offer some discounts through online review sites (inquire). They also have lower hourly minimums than many moving companies (and lower on weekday than weekend), a plus if you have a smaller move. A couple of things: Be Prepared! These guys (Daniel, Chris, Josh) work FAST! If you have too many lingering items unpacked, they will end up standing around waiting for you to pack boxes. They are that fast. I believe they offer packing services (I did not use this service) if you need help getting packed - for the most part, it needs to be in a box if you want them to move it. They originally estimated 6 hours, but because we were prepared, the move only took about 4 hours. They were careful with the larger furniture items, no dings in the furniture or the walls, nothing broken. They used shrink wrap, pads, and also brought a cover for our king sized mattress. They provided four wardrobe boxes for our clothes. The guys were professional yet friendly and personable throughout the move. Again, if you are prepared, these are the movers for you. If you aren't prepared, maybe try out their packing service too. If the packers are as good as the movers it would be well worth it. For the movers, I don't think you could find a faster, harder working crew. A+!

OK, moving is rated as one of the most stressful events in our lives, right up there with he loss of a job or loved one. My blood pressure was already elevated for an entire week, so you can imagine my surprise when five handsome strong young men showed up at my door, 15 minutes "early" for my move. I was worried that I wouldn't be ready for them. They did more than just move my stuff (which was a lot of stuff), they made me feel secure that it was all going to get done. They made it all work out. That is a great feeling to have. These men took the time to place my furniture just where I wanted it to be. They have so much experience with moving that they even made suggestions on how to place my furniture so that it would be more visually appealing. I've never had a mover do that before. Most wouldn't care, but they did. They put my bed frame together twice for me because I changed my mind. They connected my washer, dryer, refrigerator, and even carried out the old ones. They probably did other nice things to help me that I'm not even aware of. That's just the kind of guys they were. These men were true Gentlemen. Very professional, very punctual, and very respectful of me and my treasures. They worked so hard and so fast to accomplish my move. Excellent experience. The owner, Daniel, after hearing my list mentioned I may want to get another 28ft truck to move all the stuff we have accumulated in the last 12 years. That turned out to be the best advice ever since we filled both of them up! Pretty sure I am a "mini-hoarder" haha! Nothing broken ... Daniel, Seth and Nate were like moving ninjas, no walls dinged, very smooth methods. Overall the whole move was just that, smooth! Would definitely use them again! Thanks again guys!

We contracted with Reliable Delivery to move the contents of a garage to a storage facility and then to move various furniture items to a nearby residence. We were in a time crunch as the owner of the property who was going to do the move himself, was badly injured the day before the scheduled move. I researched movers and identified three possible candidates and called each of them. When I spoke to Daniel (the owner) I knew I found the company we would use. He was professional and took the time to explain things to me. He was able to meet our time demands and completed the move as planned. They worked hard and fast and did an excellent job. If you are looking for a good, competent mover, give Reliable Delivery a call, you will be glad you did.

Nate and Seth Moved everything out with great care and promptness. They were very professional and did not disappear for long lengths of time. They were very fast, but in a very careful way. I also had an off site storage unit that needed to be emptied, but did not have enough room in their giant moving van to accommodate. So, Nate and Seth offered to unload the truck at our home and then drive back downtown to load up all my things in storage. They were so trust worthy that I did not need to drive down with them to the unit. They loaded up their van and locked up my unit and delivered my things to my home. I would definitely recommend Reliable Delivery to anyone moving in San Diego. Very, Very reasonable pricing and Fantastic service. A++

I contacted Reliable Delivery after hearing about them through Yelp where they are ranked #1. I spoke with Daniel the owner who deals directly with his customers so there is no middle man or way to have any kind of mis communication. They have been in business for 10years here in San Diego and are a LOCAL FAMILY OWNED COMPANY. You can tell he really cares about his customers and has a great wealth of information to help your move go as smooth and seamless as possible. All the movers i have used in the past did not ever give me such piece of mind as this company did. The movers called 30 min prior to there arrival on move day and arrived 5min early which is unheard of in this industry!! They had me sign one piece of information and started loading the truck. I had lived in my 2000 sq ft house for 10 years and thought it would take all day. These movers never took even a 5 min break. They loaded and carried all my furniture with extreme care and blanket wrapped all my items. They finished 1 hour early and i couldn't believe it. Total for 5 hours work was $500. They offer different discounts so ask when calling. They also let you use wardrobe boxes for free on move day to help speed things up. If looking for quality moves with a great reputation and history of satisfied customers call them, you wont regret it. Seem times it pays to do your research especially when you need someone to move everything you own and expect it to get there in one piece. Saving a few buck with a low budget mover can sometimes cost more then expected or quoted. These MOVERS are Top Notch. I have moved 6 times in the last 10 years and I cannot believe how blessed I was to find Reliable Delivery. The movers arrived 15 min early, were in uniforms, clean cut, respectful,professional,fast and extremely EFFICIENT with time and space! These professional movers are just that professional (NO breaks/smoking or lagging around) Not only did they complete my move in half of the time as the past 5 companies I used but they were just as affordable with my tight budget. I received much better service and had ZERO DAMAGE. That's what matters most next to the cost of the move,the fact that everything arrived safely and with out any scratches.
