For over seven years, SeaGeeks has been providing computer repair and maintenance services for Home, Business and Mobile customers in the San Francisco Bay Area. We do more than the other computer geeks, partly because we're your neighbors, and partly because we actually understand that you want your computer to work for you, and not the other way around. Whether you're looking to increase office productivity, streamline and integrate your home electronics, or just get that window to stop popping up every morning, we're here to help. Want to operate your work computer from your iPhone or Droid? Easy! Talk to family and friends (or clients) overseas for free? Cake walk! Send data via satellite from the middle of an ocean, jungle or desert? Not a problem - really! We don't work for a retail store, so we never try to sell our customers anything. Our goal is simple: Keep our customers happy, and they'll keep sending us new customers. Sort of old fashioned, especially for cutting edge techies, but that's the way we like it, and we think you will too!

When I tried to open Quicken files on my iMac, I kept getting old, out-of-date versions of the file. Brad recaptured the latest versions which included the last posted information. Before leaving, he asked if anything further needed to be done while he was here.
Description of Work: Recaptured lost files.

He came to my house and he was totally fabulous. The price was well worth it. The guy was extremely personable and he was very relaxed with my dog. He was very straight forward and full of information. He was a very nice person to have in my house; which is a big deal. I would hire him again in a flash. He did give me a way to contact him, if further problems occur and he also followed up with me which was very cool.
Description of Work: I used Sea Geeks to get my computer repaired. He did some extra clean up, installed some programs, and a whole bunch of stuff for me.
