Elimidirt

We have had Ken and his team help clean our 4-bedroom house in Livermore once every 4 weeks in the past (I think almost) 3 years. And they have been awesome! I have worked for many 5-star hotels so I am super particular and tough to be pleased. Ken has always been so accommodating to my requests and very open to my feedbacks. He took notes about my preferences and shared them with his team before they came for monthly cleaning. So even sometimes we had different crew rotating, there was always consistency to the standard I longed for. Ken is very thorough and detailed. He sent reminders prior to scheduled cleaning and also always replied to our emails with great timely manners. Therefore the way he did his business and took care of his clients totally reflected on the people who worked for him and performed the actual cleaning. ElimiDirt has been a saving grace to me while raising two little human beings became my top priority and cleaning the house dropped down to the bottom of my list. It is nice to have a clean home where I could focus on taking care of my children and know they have a clean & safe place to grow, play and learn and live in. I would highly recommend this business to everyone!

They arrive right on time, and call if they will be early or late (which is great!). The crew is always very pleasant, gets right to work, and does a great job.

Ken, the part owner was terrific in all interactions. He answered all my questions, and addressed some accommodations that I requested. The cleaning itself was very well done by his team, and I think the house is cleaner than it's ever been. I was a little concerned that the workers might damage something during the cleaning, but they did not. They were very careful, and respected my property. Ken's rates were good too, although I did not do an extensive rate comparison. Overall, I am very happy with the service, and will use Elimidirt again the next time that I need a good housecleaning. Highly recommended!
