I did like them at first but they didn’t really finish up the last steps. They put a lot of tile work in but they didn’t seal it. I’m still waiting for them to come back. A lot of things just weren’t buttoned up. About a week and a half ago I called and he said he’d call me back and I didn’t get a call back. They were really great on the front end of the project but they fell apart on the back end when things were being pieced back together. They were great at the demolition and communicating with me about what was going to happen. When it came to putting the house back together again, it felt like they were more interested in going to the next project. The fact that they’re not getting back to me and not doing what they need to do gets them a B in professionalism. I would probably use them again.
Description of Work: I used DMD Tile to do a lot of things about a month and a half ago. I did a lot of remodeling in my kitchen and family room. They did tile and also installed new appliances and new flooring.
