Viking Garage Doors

I was impressed at how quickly Viking Garage Doors got back to me. I had given several days & times that would work for me, and they got back to me the very next day. Not only was my problem resolved, but he also tightened screws and lubricated cables before he left. I will certainly recommend Viking Garage Doors to family, friends, and neighbors! Also, should I ever have any major garage door problem, I will call them immediately.

Vigo called in the morning when he had an earlier opening to ask if we wanted him to come early. He quoted a 1/2 hour until he got there, and he was right on time. He was able to assess and fix the problems with the garage door opener in only about 1/2 hour.

I highly recommend Viking Garage Doors. They first attempted to repair 15 year old door opener. Returned the next day at promised appointment time and installed at the agreed price. Fair, honest and prompt service!

He was on time and professional and did a complete garage door tune up.

It went very well. I called them in the morning and they were able to arrive 2 hours later and complete the job. Vigo's employee arrived on time and approached the problem in a very professional manner. After quick trouble shooting he installed a new stronger ORB Bracket for the top section of the door, which is where the door is attached to the motor. He then followed up with a complete lubrication of the door as well as re-inserting a wheel that came off the track. After that he followed me to our other home and did a follow up service to our other garage door that was making a lot of noise. Again the problem was resolved by lubricating the motor rail. I will definitely use Viking in the future. I respect their honesty, punctuality, and professionalism. Vigo(the owner) and Viking Garage Doors is a company I enjoy working with and definitely trust to get the job done. I will without question use them in the future for all my garage door needs.

I was very pleased with Vigo's work.....he was extremely professional and did a great job. At no point during the visit did he try to sell me additional services or be anything less than genuine with me. Even though the work was a small priced job he was very happy to handle it without upselling or trying to push additional services to me.....I really liked him. Vigo could have charge me, but instead he was a good Samaritan and took his own time to describe to me repeatedly( because I needed that) how to fix my wheel, and even how much the wheel choices cost at Home Depot. Please feel confident he will give you the right price.

Quick. Basically just lubed all rollers, turn screw and replaced burned out bulbs with ones I supplied. As of last week the garage door opener made loud grinding noises and would not open. I called another firm from Angie's list because what I Googled warned of using wrong lubricant and I wanted a second opinion is the right grease was used. The other garage door firm came out and verified that Viking had used the correct grease. He then repaired the broken gear and checked the garage door balance. He explained that if garage door is out of balance it will wear out the plastic gear. He then showed me how to check the doors balance. I used his technic at my other houses garage and found it out of balance! He was called. Viking never checked the balance of the garage!

Viking explained the options available for replacing my garage door opener, and once I had selected a replacement unit, they came and installed it. Installation took just over an hour. They were courteous and professional throughout the process.

Vigo and Jared did an outstanding job of installing double and single garage doors. We had called several other companies for estimates. Vigo was the most personable and professional person to respond, and had the most reasonable price. He came out to measure the space for the doors and we booked an installation date with him. Vigo and Jared arrived on-time on the scheduled day and the installation was done before noon. It was a great experience working with Viking Garage Doors and we would definitely recommend them!

It's not relevant since in the end I used a different contractor to solve the problem.

I purchased a deal on Wednesday ...received a call on Thursday (next day) to come out and check it out. He told me my options to either fix my current opener for approx. $200 which I was told has had a lot of problems or opt to buy a new one for $350. So I opted to have a new one installed...different brand! They set up an appt for Monday. Jerrod showed up early, was very pleasant and professional and got right to work. It took around an hour and a half which is the estimated time that they gave me! Also, I asked if my $30 service call money would go towards anything and they gave me a keypad entry. What a pleasure! Love this company! Thank you!

Vigo sent me an email right away with his phone number and called me back the same day. The next morning he came out and everything was done in around an hour. Very pleasant experience and I recommend this company.

My clicker quit working. The technician quickly diagnosed the problem as the signal card in the opener itself and replaced it. I left check and garage clicker by front door. They did everything while I was at work.

Vigo was able to come out the day I called. The work was done quickly and properly. Great work, i would definitely use them again.

The person suggested a new garage door opener and I opted to waiting on having a new opener installed because I wanted to do some research on the type and brand I wanted to have installed.

Everything included in the original price--very knowledgeable-kind-and a true delight. This was a job requiring special tools and skills to be safe. He was amazing--couldn't have been more pleased!
