Chris came out to check out the project before I hired him to do the job. He explained to me about some of the stains (pet, primarily) and how he expected some to be problematic. We scheduled a day and time and he was on time and ready to work at cleaning my carpet. When he came across problem spots, he explained the nature of the spot and what his approach to cleaning it would be. I learned a great deal from him including why spots return immediately after a carpet cleaner leaves. He was friendly without being overly chatty. He was very professional and thorough. There is no question in my mind that I would choose him again and recommend him highly to anyone who needs their carpet REALLY CLEANED and not just superficially cleaned.

They were very thorough. The products they used smelled very clean and didn't leave any chemical smells behind. Our couch and floors look like new and we will use them in the future.
