Called 3 services. Queen for a Day was the only one who came and did the walk through. Advised on services and negotiated price. Personal touch and no b******* very much appreciated. 3 person crew busted butt on this move-out disaster. 6 hours of deep and through cleaning. Painter came by house while crew was cleaning was amazed and grateful. Products used were amazing and proper for the surfaces they were applied to. For example - used Murphy's on real hard wood floors versus water and cleaner on vinyl. Three different vacuums used! They accomplished our detailed list and more - recommended!

Skye and Cindy were timely, professional, and friendly. They were hard workers and put in extra time without charging me. Skye said she was honoring her estimate. I would certainly hire Queen for a Day again.

Skye and Cindy are a team that service our home. We have found the cleaning service excellent. Details and perfection are their specialty. They use top notch brand cleaners and provide their own cleaning clothes.

I talked to Skye to set up an appt. to arrange for “move-in cleaning services”. We were referred to her by MeatHead Movers. Yesterday we traveled 120 miles round-trip to meet her at our new house there so she could see the house and give us a bid. Our appointment time was 4:00. We waited for her for about an hour and then we left to come home. Skye did not show up. She called me about an hour and a half later and said she was going to be late because she went to another potential client's home only to be told by the woman that she had called Skye to cancel. Skye told me she thought I was the potential client who cancelled. She asked if she could come over and I said we were already on our way home. So it seems Queen for a day lost two potential clients yesterday because she was disorganized and confused and full of excuses, inc. her saying that she badly needs a vacation. Surely there is another cleaning service in the area who would welcome our business and show up.

She does an okay job. I had her come every other week and she spent approx 2 hours (her and an assistant). The house looked clean, but unfortunately I guess I am too picky. I asked her from the beginning to concentrate on specific areas and they were missed several times. I will be looking for another cleaner.
