Juan Orozco was fantastic! He came late in the evening, in the cold and sprinkles, to make the necessary repairs. He explained everything he needed to do and why - not leaving me guessing as to what was I needed to pay for :) He was very friendly and professional through the entire process. I will definitely be hiring him again should the need arise. :)
