Description of Work: Blinds, remote control blinds, okay, except they showed up several times without ladder for 20 ft high remote control blinds . Battery to one remote blind, dead after 7 months. Other 2 are okay. All batteries put in at same time. Called service, as still less than a year since purchase. Need extension ladder to reach battery in blinds. Apt. Set up to replace batteries. I must purchase 8 aa lithium batteries

Description of Work: They installed vertical blinds on a 8 foot sliding glass door and horizontal blinds on a 6 foot x 3 foot window. |Installation on the slider was fine but installer damaged the wall over the window removing old mounting hardware that I had to fill, sand and paint; did not cover a printer and other electronic equipment with material that I had provided which resulted in plaster residue on the equipment; and never said anything to me about the mess that I had to deal with.

Description of Work: The service was excellent. The quality is A+. The installation an A+ for professionalism, and expertise. We covered a large kitchen window and one small one. Our only complaint is the price. Despite the price, we are happy we went with 3-day blinds at the time. We were too busy then to do-it-yourself, and wanted high quality.

Description of Work: I purchased and had installed 5 custom wooden blinds. I am generally happy with the blinds. A couple of the slats warped which wasn't mentioned when I bought them. The installation was easily scheduled and done well. I had a minor repair done shortly afterwards that was addressed quickly.

Description of Work: 3-Day Blinds is excellent. Heidi Benson was my customer rep, and she was great. She is very knowledgeable, responsive and a pleasure to work with. 3-Day may not be the least expensive, but they deliver quality blinds, and professional, worry-free installation. Definitely worth going with 3-Day for me, and I would recommend them to anyone considering window treatments who wants professional, top-quality products and service.
