Truly Nolen Pest & Termite Control of Palm Desert, California

They never got rid of my rats for the last 3 years they said the last 3 times they were gonna come back with a new plan and never came back I feel ignored and not cared for I would not recommend them to anyone!

The services went well and all was done properly.

It appeared I had gophers, however none were caught. It appears if it were, they have moved on. Truly Nolen refunded my entire payment. I have no complaints, they tried. I still use them for my termite issue in the home.

The monthly service is great! We have no problems with the usual pests, Hector our serviceman is the best. And the office staff is attentive and responsive. However, rodents got into our attic and Truly Nolen set up a payment that worked for me and the rodents were removed quickly. I even have a 12-month warranty to have Truly Nolen to come back if needed. I recommend Truly Nolen to everyone. 4+ year customer!

They are honest and they guarantee their work. If you have any problems, they will come out for free. I thought I had termites and they determined it’s not termite. It's cricket living in the garage door and wall. We had fireants and he treated that. I also had termites in my chair and called him. He said you can either throw them all away or you can go get them treated for expensive money, so I threw the chairs away.

The technician was on time and announced himself and then went right to work and treated the outside of my home and sprayed some pest control stuff in my bathroom and kitchen and under all the sinks.
