Very smooth and painless.

I went in and dropped it off, and I received all my results the next day via email. In comparison, I initially went with another company and I paid the same amount to have one sample tested and those results took 48 hrs to get.

We dropped off 3 samples off at their location this morning and got the results back 3:00pm the same day!!! They are super quick and fast =) Don't waste your time buying the Asbestos Test Kit at Ace Hardware which we originally had done last week....that company still hasn't received our sample.. SUCH A WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY!!! Go with Western Analytical Laboratory if you live around the Burbank Area =)

I was referred to them by an asbetos removal company. Their web site had instructions on how to collect and send them samples. They responded same day they received the samples.

Test results were provided the same day they had the sample. They know what they are doing and I did my research on this lab before using them. They are great! It was a great relief to know the results were negative on asbestos content as well and they know that people want to know ASAP so they are on top of it.

Took 5 samples from popcorn ceiling to have tested. Sent them in via mail... got results back next day. Mike is a straight shooter and they do exactly what they say they will very very quickly.

Mike was readily available on the phone. He explained clearly how I needed to collect the samples and directed me to the forms on their internet site. I drove the samples over to their convenient location in Arleta. Easy to follow directions were also available on the internet site. We had a pleasant and informative conversation in his office about asbestos and the testing process. He had the results sent to me by email several hours later. It couldn't have been easier and more efficient. If everything was this easy.....

They have detailed instructions on how to properly and safely collect a sample on their website. I actually drove my sample to their office in the afternoon (instead of mailing it) and I had my results the following day. They usually have results in 24hrs and said that their turn around is often so quick that if you get the sample to them first thing in the am they can have results for you same day! They were fast, professional and gave me clear results over the phone and formal results by mail.

I was referred to this laboratory by an asbestos removal company (All Clear Environmental), who recommended Western as a family-run business. Mike answered the phone promptly both times I called, and advised me on how to take a sample and mail it in. The website also gave complete instructions and other information. The samples were processed very quickly and they called me promptly with the results, and then mailed the report.

In my opinion these guys worked well. The only problem I had with them is that they took a lot of time starting and finishing their job. Other than that they did a good job.
