I insisted that they have to remove the black mold in my kid's shower room. The lady and the other guy said they used expensive acid on it and it will come out through time. when I used my nail to get a piece of the mold and show it to them. They insisted its ok several times. I end up used an old toothbrush and do it myself. It's such an easy thing to do! I try to be fair here but they really argue too much. I found the lighting fixture in the master bedroom was disassembled half on my countertop later.

I hired R&M to do a deep clean of a new home. They arrived promptly to give me a quote in writing, and on day of service arrived promptly and actually send two extra people (without additional charge) to make sure the job would be done in one day. The house was very clean and felt like new after they were done. We're considering switching to R&M for our weekly housekeeping too. Highly recommend them.

R&M Cleaning is a professional crew which can make your house sparkle. They are friendly, very thorough, hard working and use multiple cleaners which makes the job go faster with less disruption. They paint, and can arrange other services/repairs for a reasonable cost. Highly recommended.

This company came an assurance that they're incredibly THOROUGH - a cleaning like no other. The initial cleaning was very high priced - I agreed to pay knowing it was the first cleaning - It was not at all thorough - I let them know - and they graciously came back and re-cleaned (on the "house") I was very appreciative of this. They came back next month for a regular cleaning - did a great job -, fireplace, fridge - all they had promised - Next time half was done - no coffee pot cleaned, no fridge, no sliding glass windows, no fireplace - nothing like before -made a complaint -bottom line - they were done with me - INCONSISTENT NOT GOOD!
