R & M House Cleaning & Office Service

I felt they did a good job however after going over the house after service left there were some places missed when wiping out cabinets/drawers and brioler on the stove was not cleaned when they cleaned the stove

GREAT service! They came to my house and did a personal estimate for a move-out cleaning - very friendly and informative. Afterwards, they walked through the house again with me to ensure it was cleaned to my wishes. The house never looked better!!! I will definitely be using this service again when we move!

Cynthia was very accomodating to our situation and provided the service needed in the short time frame that was available. She was also able to arrange for a handyman to complete work around the house that needed to be done. The only gitch was a language barrier with the handyman but they did have a translator around at all times. They all worked very hard on a difficult job.

Great work, but pretty expensive... Good follow up and good customer service.

These people are amazing! They only took 3 1/2 hours to do what it would have taken me 3 1/2 days to do. They were so efficient and did not slow down or stop once. They cleaned the tops of cupboards and doors, the fridge, inside and under cabinets, the windows and blinds, etc. They did a fantastic job on the oven! Everything sparkles and shines!!! I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs help with cleaning. If they are this good at cleaning a house, imagine how they would do in an office! Although there was a team of 5 people the cleaning was terrible. The house was completely empty to start. I went over with Vicky all the details of what I needed done before moving in my things. I wanted special attention paid to bathrooms and kitchen. She assured me that her team could take care of what I wanted. Nothing was scrubbed. It looked as if kitchen and bathroom cabinets & toilets were just wiped out with a wet rag.The cabinets that were too high to reach were just left dirty. On the day of my move I had to re-clean every cabinet inside and out in all bathrooms & kitchen. For $325. Very Disappointed!!! NOT WORTH $325

On time and efficient.

I wanted themf for a deep cleaning one time only or for every 3 months or so, I told them what I wanted and they did everything very well

They were on time. They did a lot of dusting in hard to reach areas. They did a great job of cleaning the oven. I did not give them five stars because a) they didn't do a good job of cleaning the floors, and b) I specifically asked that they clean all the baseboards and they simply did not. I would not necessarily recommend the company because, tho I felt that they did a good job on what they did do I was not overly impressed by the total job. We needed a deep/spring cleaning, and aside from the extra dusting and cleaning of the oven, they really didn't do any more than my regular cleaning lady that charges me a 1/4 of the price R&M did.

They were VERY nice.... came right when they said they would. They haven't cleaned yet. But I will definitely hire them when I get a renter. They seem as if they will do a GREAT job. And they are very nice people to work with. Thank you. Nancy

They are wonderful, have use them for 10 years. She has told me that there was a jewelry that was left out, need to be put away.
