They are great not only they demo the wall fast to get to problem but the were really clean and professional and even good with kids . They gave a really reasonable price for the amount of work they had to do .

It went smoothly. The guys were really nice and they were pretty efficient. It didn't take too long and they were very helpful. They showed up on time and got the job done on time.

It went very well. Shawn Diaz came out and got right to work- he was clean, efficient, professional, and oh so polite. He was there for 5+ hours and stayed until the work was done. Never a complaint. Shawn set the bar pretty high. He made this stressful situation less intense.

911 restoration met me immediately and arranged all the tests, unfortunate asbestos abatement, and repairs. After attempting to work with another company that was not moving forward with the job, it was a huge relief to work with organized professionals at 911. The room was repaired in time for the tenant to move in and the price for the work was more than fair.

I won't go into a bunch of the boring details, but just to say that these guys did a great job making a bad situation at least tolerable. We live in Orange County and a few days ago our hillside behind our house just could not take any more rain and it came inside our home (it was a rainy weekend!) . I called my friend and he recommended 911 Restoration.
I called and Rubi told me they were super busy. Lots of people had water issues that weekend. They keep me in the loop by calling to let me know when they would be at my house. Carlos crew came; they moved my furniture, took the baseboards off, pulled back the carpet, took out the wet pad, soaked up the water, placed fans and a dehumidifier in my living room and checked other areas (walls).
They came back the next day to check on things. Then a few days later came back and put the house back together. It was not fun having my living room apart,  but they were courteous, thoughtful of my things and I would highly recommend them.

Commenced with water damage work without identifying whether or not there was asbestos present. In the end test revealed asbestos was present

We contacted 911 the morning after our flood incident. Having been through this before we knew the importance of not waiting. They had a crew over within a few hours, pulled back carpeting, cut out wet Sheetrock and baseboard, and installed temporary drying equipment. 48 hrs later they returned and removed everything. I believe we will be able to salvage the carpet. They were professional and responsive.

911 Restoration came out and did what they said they were gonna do. I went fine, it just seems that we would cost a lot of money. I didn't think the water damage was that bad.  We were going to have our bathroom redone anyway so we decided not to go ahead with it. We had water dripping from the bathroom upstairs to the bathroom downstairs and they said they need to rip open everything. I didn't think it was that bad.

They had offered a coupon with 10% off for Angieslist members.  I actually was trying to call Angieslist office because they were trying to negotiate from 10% to only 5%.  Eventually they did give me the full 10% discount but they weren’t really forthcoming about it.  They did a fairly good job.  They were a little inconsistent.  I wasn’t unhappy with their service but I felt that they could have done a better job communicating with the person that gave the estimate.  They didn’t do the same job that the person that provided the estimate described.  They took my refrigerator outside and they cleaned it in the open air which I was very unhappy with.  I have two dogs and they jeopardized my dogs’ health.  I expressed my concern and they did spend the time to reassure me that even though they did a different job than what they quoted, they were safe but I am not sure about that.

The experience was pretty good overall. I don’t have any complaints about this company. They were easy to work with and I would certainly use this company again.

We were happy with the work but they were very expensive. They were very responsive and good at working around our schedule. They were very professional and friendly guys. I probably wouldn’t use this company in the future. I would find somebody that is more affordable.

I thought they did a great job at a fair price. They were the only company that I called that offered a free estimate, and they acted quickly which was important to me.

Very well. A fellow named Corey came to the house, on time, with one other worker named Sosa. They had everything with them that they needed. They were polite, professional, clean and fast. They accurately described the process (as Guy had over the phone) and proceeded as described- with no surprises. They politely did whatever I asked, such as showing the ingredient list on tbe bottle of chemicals. It seemed they used fairly eco-friendly chemicals. They offered more services such as cleaning the dryer vent but were not pushy when I declined. They cleaned up well after themselves and the very powerful machine they used sucked up all the dust, etc. so it did not go all over the house. They told me the (clean and fresh, with a little perfume) scent would go away in a day and it did. I was very satisfied. A family member is highly allergic to cats, dust, mold, etc. and he immediately felt an obvious improvement in the air quality in the house. We had tried open windows, fans and air fresheners but that had not been enough. We still feel the great improvement.
