I needed into my (abandoned) rental house immediately as I could see water on the floor in the kitchen.
I did not have access to the web, so the first company that I came across (I called a friend to do a quick web search) was Speedy Locksmith. They answered the phone promptly and said that a technician would be there in 20 minutes. They arrived in about 15 minutes.
The technician was very knowledgeable and fast. We were in the house in no time and shut off the dipping water. Then the technician rekeyed four locks (to the same key). He also was very helpful with rental advice, reminding me to make sure all of the
windows were closed and locked and to be sure take pictures of the current state of the house.
Since I was not able to price check, I do not know how Speedy Locksmith's pricing compares, but it seemed fair. I just know that they arrived very quickly, worked very efficiently and was very knowledgeable about locks (and rentals). And now they have a review on Angie's List.
