First time I have ever needed a lock repaired. While he did a good job of repairing my lock, I really think he was very expensive! $420.00 seemed very high to me.

Good job

Technically very good and shows good experience, but he was trying to do things too fast and did not want to spend time to correct the correctable errors. The error was also an acceptable solution but not what he was requested to do. Left one lock hardware on the door loose and did not try hard to fix it solidly.

When I called for a quote and asked for the soonest appointment I was expecting to have to wait a day or 2. He informed me that as long as I had the locks and new handle purchased he could be to my house in 20 minutes. His price for drilling a hole for the deadbolt and installation of the lock and handle were extremely reasonable. He was professional and he worked quickly and efficiently. I didn’t mind cleaning up a little sawdust from the drilling in exchange for the great job he did. My new lock works great. I am extremely happy. I would highly recommend Ronsmith Lock Smith!

Fast and great services

I don't know current locksmith pricing but it just seemed quite high for rekeying house locks. Other , than that he was great.

RONSMITH did a terrific job and was very courteous and professional.

Ron fixed the problem in less than 20 minutes and was a pleasure to work with. The only downside was that it cost $100 for a simple fix. Pricey!
