Carol did an initial measurement and talked to me about what I wanted. She was the only one out of the three bidding contractors to listen to me and to offer suggestions and options instead of telling me what I should do or had to do. The bid arrived a few days later via mail and email; the lowest of the three bids. Carol and Bernardo came by for official measurements. The window ordering took six weeks, about a week longer than planned. Bernardo and his team arrived for the installation. They were very professional and efficient, though the job took longer than planned due to some water damage they discovered (and repaired). I have done similar repairs before, and I was highly impressed with the quality of work. My only complaint is there were a couple false starts in scheduling the installation. Carol called me with less than 48 hours notice, and then canceled the morning of after I had stayed home from work; then I was given less than 24 hours notice and had to refuse the time.

I would highly recommend this company. I was in a rush to get the windows installed before leaving for vacation, and they got going immediately, found a manufacturer who could supply the windows, and installed the windows in time for my deadline. They use good quality products, and give excellent advise about design and style options. Their installers are meticulous, and they cleaned up after themselves, both inside and outside the house. The owner of the company came to inspect the finished product before her installers had left to make sure they were done to my satisfaction. Their prices are very competitive. I got two other bids and they were the lowest bidder.

The men who work for her were very good, punctual, and efficient. Everything went very smoothly, and I was very impressed with the entire experience. They were outstanding in quality of work and professionalism. They were very pleasant to work with.
