I hired Rosa for post construction cleaning. She was flexible with scheduling to meet my need. She and her team were professional and did an excellent job!

They were very flexible in terms of scheduling and follows instructions very well.

WE hired Rosa for my apartment move out cleaning. Rosa and one of her co-worker did job for 5 hours. She is good and listen to us. She is very patience and listen to us and did whatever we asked since they missed some part of the cleaning. Her co-worker's quality of work is not up to the mark. Overall quality of cleaning work is good but can be improved. Yes, I can recommend and hire her if I need further service.

Rosa was so thorough in every detail, from floor to kitchen to window sills. She was very nice to talk to, as well! Thank you SO VERY MUCH, ROSA!!!

Jairo is a awesome guy. I used him for remodeling my townhome. He remodel my bathroom, kitchen, replace all the old electrical wires , and made my home safe. Highly recommended !

Jairo did a great job replacing an IKEA sink cabinet, fixing a broken heat vent, installing interior and exterior lights. But 2 of the guys that he brought to clean and regout my bathrooms did a terrible jobs and Jairo wasn't onsite to supervise them that day. They chipped the tiles in my bathroom badly and didn't really remove any gout stains. They just didn't have the right tools nor the skills to regout. I have to stop them in the middle after checking their work. Also, one of his guy didn't install the dead bolt lock correctly but the good thing is Jairo was able to fix it the next day. Overall, I would hire Jairo again if he is the one doing the work or avail onsite to supervise his men.

Built a level wooden platform for a washer and dryer that sat on a heavily sloping garage floor. Arrived on time with the right materials and tools, and did a great job.

Showed up on time and finished he job in a timely manner. A little expensive but did good work.

The response from Jairo is pretty quick within a few minutes after I pushed the button. It is finished on time and a very nice person I think. Will recommend in the future project.
