This was the third project we hired Certa Pro Painters to do for us and every time the clean up work and interaction with the staff was first-rate.

Crew was quick and efficient and paid attention to detail. They listened to what I wanted and were willing to make changes as needed. The house hadnâ t been painted for awhile, and they did a thorough job of prepping it. Made sure everything was completed to my satisfaction before leaving job.

Update: Less than one year later, the work done on our deck "unsealed" and allowed significant water damage to the surface of the deck. When called upon to explain how the failure occurred so quickly, CertaPro responded they're not general contractors and therefore not accountable for the damage caused by the poor quality work done sealing the deck surface originally. As of today, it has been four months since CertaPro was alerted as to their failure and we have yet to get any support for resolution. Avoid this company at all costs!! If they could get the communication straightened out and had personnel that the homeowner didn't have to personally supervise, they would get a higher rating. As it is, we've elected to wait a year to do more work on our house because of the bad experience we had.

CertaPro will do the job next winter so we are in the scheduling process now. We are very impressed so far with the professionalism and organization of this company. He came when he said he would and called earlier in the day to confirm the appointment then called again when he was 10 minutes away.

Very professtional ! They did excellent work and took so much care in their work. I was so impressed that I will definately use them for all my painting needs. They also completed the job ahead of shedule!
