The 2 people that Deana sent were ill-prepared for the cleanup job required. She told me that she would provide cleaning supplies, but sent them with very little. We needed to provide additional materials. Granted, this house was in major need of help, but I am not used to housecleaners who do not know how to use a dishwasher. One was working with me in the kitchen and the other was cleaning the 3 bathrooms. After 1-1/2 hours, the one cleaner was still cleaning a bathroom with only a sink and a toilet. I had repeatedly told her that the bathroom was okay, we had a lot of work to do. When she didn't move out of the bathroom I finally called Deana. Deana placed a call to her, and then betrayed me by telling her that I had called. The cleaner gave me attitude and said if I had a problem with her I should deal with her directly and not call Deana. I told her I tried, but couldn't seem to get through to her. They were slow as molasses and after 5 hours ( oh yes, they did make sure they took a lunch break and it also took about 20 minutes to get "set up"), we had 3 bathrooms clean and about 1/8 of what was needed in the kitchen. The work was substandard.
