Ayce Electric was quick to respond. The representative I first spoke with answered all my question and exhibited such exceptional professionalism and patience that I felt comfortable asking all my questions as I had never hired and electrician before. She discussed their policies as well as what would be expected of me before scheduling an ideal time range for me. Chris, the electrician, arrived at the top of the range which was perfect, assessed the situation with me and explained the issues in terms that were easy to understand. He was extremely personable and fast. Once my questions were answered, I hired Ayce and set up next steps. The work that was done, was exactly what was needed and we have been enjoying the new lighting. Ayce Electric is Awesome! I look forward to having Chris come back for additional prpjects.

Jesse was an excellent repair person, on time. He thoroughly explained the problem, answered my questions. Tried to keep the repair cost down. But still think it was a little pricey although he went above and beyond. Ask for Jesse.

I don't recommend Ayce Electric. I hired them to install a level 2 car charger, and I needed it to be done so as to be eligible for the Los Angeles Dept. of Water & Power rebate program. I made the rebate plan very clear to Ayce, and they assured me that they had done it many times before and knew exactly what to do and how to do it. They quoted me $1,300.00 for everything, including permits, installation, the city inspection, all forms, etc. "Great", I thought - we had a deal. They installed the charger, and the inspector signed off. I applied for the rebate, which required a photo of the finished job along with the paperwork. The LADWP rejected the application because the charger unit was not properly hardwired. I called Ayce and informed them of the problem. I spoke to bossman Nelson. He said they would return and correct the mistake...for an ADDITIONAL FEE OF $195.00. "But wait", I said, "why are you charging me more money when you assured me you knew how to install the charger properly for the LADWP rebate? It was your mistake". Nelson became defensive and rather testy. He said it wasn't Ayce's fault. He proceeded to blame the city inspector for signing off on the job. HE ACTUALLY BLAMED THE CITY INSPECTOR FOR NOT CATCHING AYCE'S MISTAKE!! Ayce had me over a barrel. I agreed to pay the $195, and they returned and corrected their mistake. Let's recap: 1. I wanted a car charger installed so I could apply for the rebate. 2. Ayce assured me they knew what to do, and quoted me a price. 3. Ayce did the job incorrectly, and the rebate was rejected. 4. Ayce refused to fix their mistake unless I paid an extra $195. 5. I paid the money (not much choice) and Ayce fixed their mistake. I can't recommend a company that doesn't stick to a bargain, or take responsibility for its mistakes. I hired them because they are licensed electricians. So why did Ayce blame others for Ayce's incorrect installation? I give Ayce 2 stars instead of 1 because they did take my calls, and they did show up on time.

Eddie came to my home day before Christmas and saved the day. Replaced several outlets and restored power to my guest house and yard lighting. Highly recommend

I appreciated the thorough explanation that I got as to the nature of the problem and how it was being addressed. Very transparent. The price was well within what I expected to pay.

Really helpful and friendly staff and technicians. However, they charge a ton. Was charged a lot to begin with on a project that should not have taken that long. Ended up being a much larger issue that took the super friendly and nice technicians all day to try and solve. In the end they couldn't solve the problem and came up with a solution that didn't really solve the issue, but bypasses it and would cost another $600. Offered to give me a discount on the first job because it was not really resolved, but the discount was $40 off $800. Appreciate all the hard work of the techs in trying to solve it, but in the end feel like I paid $760 for a light install. Oh and I provided the $300 part - so that was just labor.

Had Ayce install electrical outlets. The project required HOA approval and permits. Ayce was very responsive in quickly submitting an estimate for the project and providing documentation required by the HOA. Once the project started the technicians arrived on time, were courteous and proficient. I would hire them again if the need arises.

I like the fact that no matter what time of the day or evening I called this company with questions or concerns they responded. The crew was friendly and very respectful. I'd definitely recommend this company.
