The technician, Gilbert, arrived on time and ready to get to work. He was friendly, helpful, polite, prompt, and professional. He explained the process involved and diligently addressed the situation.

Had the company out primarily for ants. The technician sprayed and placed mouse trap stations. He said it might take 5-7 days to not have any more ants but I haven’t seen a single ant since! Very happy with this service.

This is the second time I hired Bull's Eye Pest Control. Both times they showed up on time and did a thorough job. I now have hired them for continuing service on a quarterly basis. I highly recommend them.

Prompt service and took care of our ant problem. It's been a week now, and we have not seen any ants. They sprayed inside, outside and used the Taexx system in the wall.

Bull’s Eye Pest Control is a quality and respectful company. It was nothing but professionalism with Mike from the time he contacted me. His tech that came to do the job was polite and courteous. It has only been a day since he sprayed my house infected with ants and so far I can see a change in the amount of ants I regularly see throughout the day. I will give it a couple more weeks and continue with the treatment for the next few months and I will see how effective it is to get rid of these pests. Till then I relate them on their quality, customer service and work ethic. I am looking forward to working mote with Mike and his team. Thank you.

The exterminator was very nice.

They were scheduled to arrive on Friday, June 15, but showed up the day before on June 14. I was unprepared but allowed him to spray as long as he was there.

The technician that came to my home was extremely cordial and engaging. He did a very thorough job and was very efficient in so doing.

Gus was my first technician, he arrived early, explained everything to me and was very thorough. I had to call back 2 days later because I heard rats in my attic. They sent Jim the very next day, he was amazing, checked the attic and didn’t see anything, checked the entire perimeter of the house for entry points. He then gave suggestions (trimming trees) to prevent the rat from coming back and told me to call if I heard it again (as I only heard it once) and they would be out to lay bait. Great service!

They text you the day before and tell you the time frame they will schedule their follow up appointments. They only give 24 hour notice before they come out.I did not like that. They should make all of your appointments ahead of time.
