Great service at a great price despite coming all the way down from SW Riverside County. Helped enormously with the rodent issues around my property and did a great job on the smaller exterior pest control (ants/spiders). Excellent attention to detail and getting all the “dark corners” we don’t think about day-to-day.

The service technician arrived on time, sprayed outside the home and entered the attic to spray the beehive. Upon preparing to leave, the tech stated that either he or someone else would return in a couple of days to check the hive for life and remove the hive from the attic. After three days, I called Bulls Eye to ask about the promised return visit. The receptionist stated that she knew nothing of my return visit request, but would call me back. She called back and schedule a return visit later in the week. Upon arrival, a different tech, went up in the attic, validated that there was no bee activity, and then prepared to leave. When asked about the hive removal, the tech stated that it was not included in the original $240 charge, but for an extra $150 he would schedule another visit to remove the hive. He then asked if I wanted to sign up for their monthly service. When I told him what the original tech had stated, the second tech just blew me off and stated that hive removal was not included in the original $240 charge. I guess next time I will get everything in writing and not just accept a verbal statement.

Bull s Eye was so responsive and their price was resonably and competitive. I had spiders galore and they took care of the problem immediately. They have been maintaining my house for a few months now and I am extremely happy with their service!

Lately, we have been inundated with spiders and crickets (outside) . I got a call immediately yesterday after filling out the request online. Michael asked a few questions, gave me the price, and I accepted. He sent Josh (service tech) out to my house yesterday afternoon, and he was nothing but polite and professional. I can see a long relationship with Bull's Eye Pest Control. Definitely a 5 Star company...
