Two women came for two hours and one of them was FABULOUS, and the other not very thorough. If I need them again, I will ask by name. I am a perfectionist and the sections of one were beyond perfection, those of the other fell short. They were both very pleasant, the one very eager to please and the other very friendly despite not being thorough. The owner was able to schedule them when I needed them on a few days notice and was prompt in returning my calls. Definitely would use them again.

They come once a week. The reason that I go with these guys is because they are bonded and they are insured and they contracts. They use all their own equipments. So, they set up actual recurring schedules and they are punctual and on time. If they damage my carpets I can actually take legal services against them. So that is the difference. They are very professional and they do evaluations. There are two different types of services. There is regular cleaning like vacuuming, cleaning bathrooms and kitchen, but they will do other things like laundry and things. We don't use those services. The particular service I liked was they did some work on my house right after I moved in. They also do deep cleaning services. So after we have done remodeling or have just moved in a bunch of things and we want to a clean house they do that as well. I am very happy with them. The other thing that is different is that they mail out our actual schedules. I really appreciate it. They mail me a calendar schedule when they are showing up. They leave a comments card for rating of their services just so they get feedbacks.
