I just dropped it off and picked it up later in the day. They gave me an invoice and talked about the vehicle.

They always do a good job and I trust them. They are very professional and always explain what they're going to do. I can also always go to them for advice even over the phone with the mechanics. They're usually better than the dealers.

It went well. I called in the evening, got their answering machine. Then I called back the next day. Smitty answered and booked a appointment for a few days later. When I came in for the appointment, I brought my DMV registration papers, which they copied at the desk. I left my car in their parking lot while I got a bite to eat. When I returned the car was ready to go.

We have used them for years. He has always provided us good service for a reasonable amount. He always responds to questions. The pricing is comparable to the dealerships. I don’t think I have any complaints about anything.

They are very good at explaining their job. The workers preformed the job fast and right. Most of the time I can get in unless they become real busy. I have been going to Country automotive for six years.

Everything went well and my vehicle passed. It was easy to make an appointment with them that fit my schedule. They made copies of my DMV papers beforehand so everything was ready to go after the test was done. They handled my Honda well - it's an old car and has a few problems.

If I need any work done on my car, that where I take it to. They always tell you right up front and if it has to change, they will call and tell you that this and this has to be done. Smitty is very good about telling me how long I need to wait, if it is time for something or if I need to do it right then. He is very upfront with that which is great. It is difficult for women to get these services done but when I found him, I was just so grateful. I was real happy with them. I found him when I bought a car from a rental company. They told me I could take it to my mechanic, I had a week, so I took it to Smitty, he checked it out and told me that I needed to fix this and this, I took it back, they fixed it and then I was told to keep that car and it has been a very good car since. The price is good. I recommend them to people also.

We are happy with them. When we take it in and talk to the owner, he always seems to have a reasonable repair and reasonable story about what's going on. He doesn't unnecessarily try and push the most expensive thing if we have a really old car. One time I took in an old truck and he suggested repairs. He told me to buy something from a junkyard, make a butch plate and put it in. He told me that it would cost a third of the price of the parts. He is responsive to the needs of his customer. With regard to price, I think that they are a little cheaper than the dealer, so that's positive. With regard to quality, I haven't had any problems that I remember. Their punctuality is good. I don't know if it was their their fault, but one time the car wasn't ready. I am going there next week.

Issue was diagnosed (bad sensor), part ordered and installed same day. Car ready at end of day. We have used this auto repair shop for 30 years and have always been happy with service.

They are great. They are very good. They give you the estimate ahead of time. They definitely call and tell me if there was something else and how much extra it would cost. They tell me if I can wait to get it done or it needs to be done right away; which I really appreciate. Mostly he gives me the same estimate. The staff is clean and the shop is clean, which is nice. Their price is average. Quality of work is definitely excellent. I would use him in the future.

I like it that they always explain everything that they are going to do. If there is something that you don't want done, there is no problem; they don't try to push any extra services on you. It's always ready when they say it would be and they give you a ride if you need it. I am very happy with them.

One of the head mechanics there owns the same model that I have and he knows the car very well. They may not be the cheapest, but they are definitely the best. They do all types of vehicles and I also take our other two cars there and have been doing so for years. They are recommended highly by 3ia and they have been around for ever.

I really like them because they are honest and straightforward. I feel like their prices are comparable to what others charge.

They are not the cheapest by any means, but probably cheaper than the dealer. They are very competent and very good. They do good value work for the money. When they do stuff it is done right.
