I was very happy with the job they did, Russell called me within 10 mins. after I made the request and no one else even bothered to call or e mail. He stayed in touch with me and was able to schedule coming out the next day. they ran a little late and called to in plenty of time before the scheduled time to let me know they were running a little behind schedule. -net, clean, polite. I have already referred them to a friend.

Russell is the real deal, professional, and willing to work with you. Outstanding workmanship, on time, through and a really a genuinely nice guy. It was a pleasure, kept me at ease.

Russell is amazing!!!!!! I now LOVE Home Advisor..........I received a call from Russel within about 30 seconds of placing my request. Caught me totally off guard and I sounded like an idiot!!! While explaining my situation to Russell, he immediately was able to visualize what I wanted. He was able to install THE NEXT DAY!!!! I mentioned that I still needed to buy my HDMI cables and my Blu-ray player. HE!!!!~ Offered to pick them up that would match my set.....I live in the mountains and he recognized that....WOW!!!!! This was WAY above and beyond the call of duty!!!!!~ When Russell and Chris arrived they were friendly and totally professional....These guys KNOW what they are doing..,...They were patient with my questions, walked me through everything, and extremely neat in that I had my TV mounted on BRICK......which some installers REFUSE to do....My problem was that I also wanted my speakers and amp hooked into the system, we didn't do that then, but Russell gave me some great options.... I was so impressed that I called him later that day and ordered a new receiver to interface with the new TV... I have older but excellent JBL speakers...2 days later he came up to hook up the sound....YES!~!~!! ARE YOU KIDDING ME?????? Of course I hired him again...He didn't have a new receiver......He researched a way to interface the new technology with the old!!! BLOWN AWAY!!! And, this saved me $350-$450!!!!!!!~!~!~ I can now rattle the walls when I'm watching movies.........I can NOT speak highly enough of this gentleman and his business...I would hire him again in a NANO-SECOND!!!~!!!! He's that good folks!!!! Finally, thanks to Home Advisor for pointing me in his direction!!!!! He doesn't deserve a 5.......He deserves sooooooo far beyond that.........

Russell was great! We moved and had waited nearly 2 weeks for Geek squad to set us up. They came out and couldn't set up anything because we had built ins next to the fire place. They were going to do all this drywall repair, sell me a bunch of stuff etc. Needless to say they couldn't do anything that day and I would have to wait another 2 weeks to get them out again with new equipment "after my handyman/electrician"did the wiring for the TV mount. Homeadvisor directly connected to Russell, he and his assistant came out the following day...75 inch TV is mounted, no drywall repair needed and he set up our sound system to our speakers throughout the house with the equipment we had! I paid Geek squad $349 plus $99 for consult ( which I will try to get refunded) and he charged just over 300 which included the TV mount and an eye for the cable box. Thank you guys! Great job. They were professional, friendly, on time and no mess! Price was really reasonable.Would definitely recommend.

Russ and Chris were very professional and knowledgeable. In addition to having knowledge of equipment and installs, Russ is a licensed electrician so that really helped! They were pleasant and friendly and the job they did was spectacular. Quality work and very neat and clean. I did have one tv that required a cable that Russ didn't have on hand so he offered to come back the next day with a cable for me! I'll definitely be recommending Russ and Chris to my friends.
