Russell moved a TV to our new house, and did three TV installations. He was on time, did a professional job with the installations, especially with the one in the family room which was very difficult. He also installed plugs to building code. Russell was on time! 7:30 almost on the dot! Professionally dressed and groomed with a company logo T-Shirt. First thing he did was prep the work area with drop cloths to make clean up quick and easy, which is huge in our book! He was extremely precise in his measuring and cutting into the wall for the addition of new electrical outlets needed to connect the 70 inch television which we think any homeowner would appreciate! I had already, on my own installed the mounting bracket on the wall for the television, but I was only able to find wall studs for 3 out of 4 bolts, thinking that 3 out of 4 ain't bad. Not only did Russell reset my mounting bracket so that "all 4" bolts were hitting the wall studs securely, he also adjusted the level of the bracket, because my leveled measurements were off by a quarter inch. Also our TV install was above our fireplace, so the television was sitting a little to high on the wall which was not a comfortable viewing height, so he lowered the bracket for us so that the television would sit at a more comfortable eye-level position! All this he did and did not charge us extra, like some contractors might have tried to do. Russell continually offered us suggestions throughout the entire process, anticipating our needs, counting from the moment we first spoke to him on the phone, all the way up until when he was finishing the actual install. He offered us suggestions on things that we did not even think to ask, which revealed to me that he was conscientious about his work, knowledgeable and experienced. When he was finished with the install, he gathered the drop cloths, even brought in a portable dust-vac to clean up residual saw wood and drywall dust, he patched up the cuts that were made into the drywall, and left my home in the same condition that he found it in, except now we have this beautiful 70 inch television that now rest secured and I might say very dramatically above our fireplace! If you are looking, but now sure who to trust with your flat panel T.V. install, If you are looking for someone who is a true professional, who will respect your home, and get it done right the very first time, we strongly recommend "Russell Jacob Installs"!

Russell did an amazing job with the installation of my TV, my sound bar and my AV shelf system to my wall. He was able to hide all the wires and cables to make for a very clean and professional look as well as being able to install a power outlet right behind my TV to help accommodate my new set up.
