Omar, the owner, concentrates on making sure you get good service. Comes in on time, works quickly and efficiently, and leaves the site with a job well done.

The old carpet was left on the floors while the painting was being done, to be replaced later. I was told by the painters that they would pull back the old carpet so they could get to the baseboards. They did not. When the old carpet was removed, and the new carpet installed, the baseboards, and in some cases, the lowest part of the walls, were left unpainted. I called them back to finish the job, but although I was promised numerous times that they would return, they never did.

Omar is a very professional guy and he completed all the work on time, I would recommend him for any future assignments.

Mr. Espinosa brought his young son to help him and the son (about 10 yrs old) did part of the painting. I had hoped for professionals doing the work, not children. I could have had my kids paint for free.

He was prompt with both his estimate and arrival to my home. His pricing is very competitive. I will certainly consider him for any future painting work, as well as any crown molding work.

I had contacted a person who put his flyer in my mailbox. He had the ServiceMagic logo and I hired him. He was not part of ServiceMagic later I found this out. ServiceMagic referred me to Omar and he did a great job it is beautiful. He will be doing more work for me later this year. He was on time both days. Was done within three hours each day. He seemed very trustworthy to me. He made it all better for me.

On time, great work and price

Espinosa Painting charges an above average price for below average work. They do not clean up after leaving things messy and do not want to do the work that they agree to do always trying to cut corners to save on materials so that all the money is more for labor. I would not use Espinosa again. Sometimes you don't really realize the magnitude of things until after the fact.They actually have to come back and install thebaseboards after the new floor is put in which I am regretting, but I paid them most of the money so I'm stuck.

My cabinets look brand new. Excellent job.

He was very professional, he was very neat and when they did the job they covered every inch of the stairs they were very cleaned. He arrived on time, he finished the job when he said he was.
