The technician was very professional and on time. He performed the fix and maintenance of our door and was finished in 25 minutes. We are very happy with the service and would most definitely use them again!

They changed around their schedule just to accomodate me because my springs had broken..they were RIGHT on time and the job only took 20 min all together. Ive never had better customer service or speedyness ... Thanks guys! - Ellie

Both Chris and Nathan (the actual installer) were prompt. Chris was very knowledgeable and did not mind me asking all kinds of questions and discussing different options. Nathan was the ultimate professional: quiet, meticulous and very good at what he did. Nathan actually customized (resized) the belt drive track so the opener could fit in front of a large beam in my garage - an endeavour other installers shy from - AND he cleaned up the garage after he was done. The garage opener is quiet and so far I'm very happy with the work. Also, there were no hidden fees or charges.

Immediate contact was great. Chris was friendly and got a professional out to my home before Christmas. The guy who came to the home however was a little moody. He threw things around and was dropping things (probably did not want to work before the holidays). We did start talking after the work was completed however and he lightened up. He was probably just a little tired. But altogether this was really good work and I would still recommend the quality and pricing of this company to anyone. Thanks
