Monty was EARLY (when is the last time that happened with a service person), congenial, and efficient. He got the job done in less time than estimated and was more than fair about how he added up the cost. He identified a potential fire hazard, and helped us sort out a big mess in the wiring in addition to what we had him come out to do. We're having him back to do even more work! Highly recommended.
