Took the time to walk the rooms to determine pre-treatment needs; pretreated entire home prior to beginning cleaning. Explained, throughly if any spots were not able to be removed. They did a pretty good job as far as cleaning of the capret. They did not move my love seat in the living room like we discussed and it was not cleaned underneath. Someone left a big dirty print from probably a wet dirty hand on my door to my garage from the inside from the inside of the condo. No one seemed to check the work before they loaded up their equipment and said the work was done. I just won t use them again. Nice guys just not up to my standards I guess...
