Rainbow was able to give a reasonable estimate over the telephone. Arrived on time. Did a wonderful job of restretching and cleaning. They also fixed a couple of dog-chewed carpet corners that we thought were beyond help.

He spend extra time where area's needed it. He did a great job!!!

Mr. Grier called to confirm our appointment time. He arrived when he promised. My cream colored carpet looks spotless and all of the bad stains are gone. His service and cleaning were excellent!
