Fred called me right away and was very clear about explaining what was involved and how much it would cost. When he came to do the work, he was prompt, thorough and the work was first rate!. My carpets look almost like new!

Fred was terrific! He was prompt, work especially hard on the problem spots and was able to get them ou for me!!!!

He was very friendly, called us quickly after we had registered with servicemagic, and was very punctual. We had dog urine stains and he told us he might not be able to get out all of the smell. It is better but not all gone. He said to call him if that is what happens and he'll come out and re-apply more deodorizer.

he response phone call right away and kept apponitment time only things we were told 4-5 hrs later carpet will be dry but late nt carpet was still damp with fans on ,opened all the windows . carpet was too wet . thank you soony
